I went in without an appointment because I have gotten a nail in my tire. They were pretty booked but took care of my problem. It took far too long but I was thankful that they would take care of it for me.
My family has 4 Subarus... Baja, Crosstrek, Outback and Forester. They are all maintained by Chandler Superstore. Love the Subaru expertise and experience.

Arrival was handled quickly.t I was advised of progress by my service advisor. Service was completed in a timely manner. Friendly and efficient.
Took my car on with concerns and left it for 4 days and only 4 miles difference on the odometer yet i was told i need 12k in repairs including a full transmission. No technitian called me, the service agent did not either. I had to call multiple times to inquire on the status. Not happy with the level of service, and this was out of charater as normally they are rather responsive and call promptly.
Took over 2 hours. Said I needed a new air filter, car only had 4512 miles on it. Service manager checked the air filter and said he thought it was fine. Didn't wash the car after they asked if I wanted a wash. Said it was going to add to much time and they didn't want me to have to wait any longer.
Everything was smooth. Appointment was on time. Video of car was good. Replaced what was needed.
Actual service was good, but took much longer than the 2 hour estimate with no communication/update. Car was not washed. These are the types of things that differentiate between excellence and average service. It makes the difference that would make me consider continued service at the dealership. Why would I pay more at a location that is farther away for service that is the same or lesser quality?

Everybody at Subaru has always been very nice, I just feel that the pricing in the service department is extremely high.

They sell Subarus, duh. Subaru makes great cars. Any dealership that sells Subarus is likely to be a reputable dealership. (On the other hand, I'm skeptical of the trustworthyness of any dealership that sells cars. ;))

I came in and used your Express line to get a routine oil change, because the light on the dash should come on stating that was low engine oil. I didn't want to be driving it around with low oil. It was repeatedly said to me because you don't have an appointment I was basically shamed for coming in without an appointment. Went in for regular 54k mile service but I mentioned a stalling feeling when accelerating rapidly … they listens and investigated … ended up replacing the transmission and giving me a loaner car because approval and install took almost 4 weeks … easy peasy process and they kept me informed along the way.

I am still waiting for the title for the car. Not sure why it hasn't arrived. I have talked to Chase, Brian at Subaru dealership in Arizona, and DMV in WI. I took a loan and Chase holds the title? I have good credit and planning on doing more business with this dealership in the future. I would appreciate some help in getting this title sent to DMV in Madison. I usually get 10/10 service here, when I have an appointment. My Outback wouldn’t start and I assumed that it was the battery, but my “check engine” light was on as well. Service was as promised. Was told car may not be done today. Uber was called to take me home. Got a call that cv boots needed to replaced. With my extended warranty, it was only a hundred dollar deductible. An Uber picked me up the next day, and the car was ready.
This is the third time we have purchased a Subaru for this dealership so they must be doing something right.

I had a scheduled appt for 8 am and they didn't look at my car until the mid-afternoon, over six hours, so if a repair was needed there is no time to do it that same day. My wife and I share one car, so this is a real inconvenience for my car to stay overnight. Dropped off the night before for 0700 appt. Left a note with my concerns and spoke to Darian (?) when I dropped it off. I had to call at 1:00 pm because I hadn't heard from anyone. Got several different conflicting excuses for the delay. I knew they were not being truthful because they were contradicting each other. Once I called, miraculously my car was next in line!! ??

Brought my car in cause my key was getting stuck. They told me my car was fix three days later, drove over to the dealership and the key was still stuck. They took it back another 3 days no communication. I have to call and check in on my car every day no communication on what’s happening. I finally get a call saying it’s fixed. I had an appointment at 10am Monday morning and the sales rep I was working with was not prepared nor remembered that we had an appointment. Getting past this the negotiating and closing of the deal was smooth and delivery was pleasant.
Did a normal maintenance. Waiting is a little longer. But that’s ok. The concern is that I start to get all warranty advertisements and spam call after sharing my number with this store.
I have 3 Subarus, I always do maintenance there Service is always great Good job
